State regulations require providers to only provide services to patients physically located in the state where the provider is licensed. You must be located in Delaware or Pennsylvania at the time of your services provided by Lusby Counseling, LLC.

The law protects the relationship between clients and their psychotherapist. Information cannot be disclosed without written permission. Exceptions include: Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, if a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, or if a client intends to harm themselves, I will make every effort to gain their cooperation to ensure their safety. Failure to do so will result in further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety. You can also discuss this with your provider during your consult or intake if you have further questions or concerns about mandated reporting.

​Court Cases: Lusby Counseling, LLC. does not engage in court cases. If subpoenaed during the process of treatment, court reports, and testimonies will be an out-of-pocket charge to the client at a rate of $300 per hour. Lusby Counseling, LLC does not specialize in custody recommendations and therefore will not make a recommendation in custody cases.
