Our Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy offers a private, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences one-on-one with a licensed therapist. This service focuses on helping you better understand yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and pregnancy/postpartum concerns. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals, empowering you to create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.
Couples & Family Counseling
Couples and family counseling provides a collaborative environment for improving communication, strengthening relationships, and addressing patterns that may be causing stress or disconnection within the family system. Whether you're navigating conflict, major transitions, parenting challenges, or simply want to enhance your connection, this service supports each member in understanding one another more deeply. Together, we work toward building healthier interactions, repairing trust, and fostering a more stable, supportive family or partnership dynamic.
No Surprise Billing & Good Faith Estimate Notice
Section 2799B-3 of the Public Health Service Act (PHS Act) requires health care providers and facilities to make publicly available—and provide to clients—a clear, easy-to-understand notice of their rights regarding No Surprise Billing and Good Faith Estimates. As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) that outlines the expected costs of your medical or mental health care:
• If you do not have insurance, or
• If you choose not to use your insurance for services.
Your Good Faith Estimate will include the anticipated total cost of any non-emergency services, including psychotherapy. This estimate is intended to help you plan for care and avoid unexpected charges.
Please note:
• A Good Faith Estimate is not a contract. It does not require you to receive services from Lusby Counseling, LLC or any other provider listed in the estimate.
• You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, before scheduling or during the course of services.
• If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
• You are encouraged to save a copy (or photo) of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
